For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Inferno Collection" refers to the Inferno Collection store, products, services, and related materials operated by Connect My Biz.
Depending on your actions in the store, we may process account and transaction-related information, including Cfx.re and Discord account identifiers, checkout/session identifiers, purchase references, and technical request metadata needed to secure and operate the store.
We use cookies and temporary browser storage to remember your cart, support the checkout process, and return you to the appropriate page after certain sign-in steps.
These technologies are used to operate the store and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
If you join, use, or receive a referral through our referral program, we store the information needed to operate that program. This includes your Cfx.re username and account identifier, any linked Discord user identifier, referral-link token, the relationship between the referrer and referred customer, selected eligible product identifier, referral coupon identifier and code, coupon expiry, referral status and timestamps, Tebex payment reference, and gift-card identifier, code, claim status, and claim timestamp.
We use referral program information to verify eligibility, prevent self-referral and duplicate-account abuse, issue and restrict coupons, confirm qualifying purchases, issue and allow claiming of gift cards, provide the referral dashboard, and investigate or resolve support, fraud, security, or dispute matters. We do not store your Cfx.re or Discord passwords or full payment-card details.
A person using a referral link can see the referrer's Cfx.re username. Referrers can see only the aggregate number of times their link has been used and their available rewards; they cannot see the names, account identifiers, purchase details, or other personal information of referred customers through the referral portal.
We use this information to authenticate users, protect checkout and account access, process purchases, provide purchase history views, support anti-abuse/security controls, and operate customer support workflows.
Checkout, payment processing, and fulfilment are handled by Tebex Limited. Cfx.re and Discord authentication flows are provided by their respective platforms. Your use of those services is also subject to their policies and terms.
For the referral program, we provide Tebex with the information needed to issue account-restricted coupons and gift cards and to confirm qualifying purchases.
We do not sell personal data or disclose it to third parties except as described in this policy or where required by law.
We retain information for as long as needed for store operation, referral-program administration, fraud/security prevention, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Referral records may be retained after a coupon expires or a reward is claimed so that we can prevent duplicate or abusive use and maintain an audit record. We delete or de-identify information where practical when it is no longer needed.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information we hold. Access to referral records is limited to systems and personnel who need it to operate, secure, and support the referral program.
You may disconnect authenticated sessions and request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us. To help us locate the correct records, include your Cfx.re username and, where applicable, Discord username or user identifier. Where required by applicable law, you may also have rights to deletion or to make a privacy complaint.
